How Many Wrong Food Habits We Have

The aim of Ayurveda is to promote and maintain the health, strength and longevity of the healthy person and to cure the disease. In present Time, diet and lifestyle are major factors thought to influence vulnerability to many health problems. Ayurveda places special significance on diet and believes that healthy nutrition nourishes the mind, body, and soul. 

Now a day’s most common wrong practice with our food we do, which leads to an imbalance in health are:

  1. Eating food when you don’t feel hungry.
  2. Eating when constipated. 
  3. Drinking cold or chilled water, especially during meal and just after meal.
  4. Too much water or no water at all during a meal.
  5.  Eating preserved and stale food
  6. Frozen food
  7. Eating when not hungry or feeling bloating.
  8. Eating just soon after first meal.
  9. Eating at the wrong time of the day.
  10. Eating incompatible food combinations.
  11. Overeating
  12. Eating too much heavy and too little light food 
  13. Eating in hurry.
  14.  Eating when Emotional upset
  15. Too spicy, sour, salty food.
